ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! Due to nature of the products we sell, we can not accept opened packages. Any defective product will be replaced by a new and identical product, free of charge. The defective products must be returned within 15 days after receiving the products to get the exchange. 10 % restocking fee will be imposed on the undeliverable or refused shipment. We ship only via UPS or USPS priority mail which takes 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 48 hrs for processsing. Shipping cost is $8.99 anywhere in the U.S.(UPS Ground or USPS Priority ) Your order will be shipped under a different label. Name of the web site "e-sex-toys.com" will not be used.
